LEASE TO OWN OPTIONS
Introducing our new in-house Lease To Own Options program for our tiny houses! With this program, customers can put down 25% of the purchase price and make monthly payments until the tiny house is paid off. Half of the monthly payment will go towards the lease, while the other half will go towards the principle payments. Enjoy 6 months of interest-free payments, and after that, there will be a 3% interest fee on the principle balance.
